Cancer Awareness Program on Ovary
RC Yala Anns Group in association with Sincha Hiti Tole Sudhar Samiti, Morning Group Satdobato and Sincha Hiti Mahila Vidyalaya of Lalitpur Municipality had held a cancer awareness program on ovary, and provided cancer related health tests for the women of the community. National Cancer Hospital Jawalakhel Lalitpur had provided necessary technical support for the health camp.
A total of 100 women registered had the VIA test conducted. 19 persons were found to be positive in tests and 81 were normal.
The total costs of the program including test fee was Rs. 10,010.0 and was sponsored by the Morning Group Satdobato.
