The event aimed to bridge the digital gender gap by equipping approximately 40 women with essential ICT skills. Participants included members of Misa Pucha, the Ward No. 28 Women Representative.
The training featured three key sessions:
- Smart Use of Smartphones: Managing apps, using calendars, safe social media practices, and accessing online learning.
- Digital Payments & Government Services: Hands-on guidance on mobile wallets (eSewa, Khalti, FonePay), online bill payments, and secure financial transactions.
- Cybersecurity Awareness: Educating participants about scams, strong passwords, two-factor authentication, and safe internet practices.
