Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

Rotary Club of Yala’s Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) team visited schools, e.g. Jana Jagriti Primary School, Jaya Saraswati Basic School and Bagdevi Higher Secondary School, located at hill tops of Jyamdi Mandan VDC – Kavre, about 60 km North-East of Lalitpur on 30th December 2025. The TARL (Teaching at the Right Level) project under Rotary Global Grant has helped poor students in accelerated learning to reach the required grade-level. Both the teachers and students are happily accustomed to TARL methodology, leading to increased attendance and interest in consistent learning.

It was disheartening to learn about the passing away of Ms. Subhadra Sapkota, a TARL teacher of Jaya Saraswati School; may her soul rest in peace.
