Talk Program on Rotary Club Administration
The Weekly Regular Meeting No. 1472 (5th of RY 2025/26) of the Rotary Club of Yala was successfully held on 1st August 2025. The main agenda of the meeting was a presentation on “Club Administration” by PDG Rtn. Dilendra Raj Shrestha. President of Rotary Club of Madhyapur Rtn Chandra Chakradhar along with Rtn Raju Shrestha and Rtn Rabi Prajapati also attended the meeting.
The Club Administration Committee plays a central role in ensuring the smooth internal functioning of the club. The committee is responsible for managing and coordinating regular meetings, maintaining records, overseeing club communications, publishing newsletter, updating website and social media, collecting membership dues and ensuring timely payment of club obligations to Rotary International (RI) and the District and engagement among members.
The presentation provided valuable insights into these responsibilities and emphasized the importance of proper planning, documentation, financial accountability, and member involvement to strengthen the overall effectiveness and impact of the club.
