Rotary Club of Yala hosted an insightful talk on “Myths and facts of mental health Psychological First aid by Psychiatrist, Rtn Prof.Dr. Sudarshan Nursing Pradhan on 04sep2026 @ Naulo Restaurant RWM no # 1527.
It was a highly engaging and interactive session, especially relevant to the current flood situation and its impact on mental well-being. We discussed how to cope with stress, fear and uncertainty, and how to support one another during these difficult times.
The meeting was conducted in a hybrid format, with enthusiastic participation both in person and online, and the Talk Program was also live on Facebook, allowing our wider Rotary family and community to join the session.
