Distribution of Stationery Items & Food and Fruit Tree Seedling Plantation

With the coordination of Rotary Club of  Yala, Anns group organized a program of distribution of stationery items for 65 students ( Copies, Pencils, Fruit Juice) and amid an occasion President Purna Laxmi Shrestha handed over to the Clark Himalayan Memorial School (Locally popular as Japanese School)  on 15 July 2022. Meanwhile President Purna Laxmi Shrestha disseminated information of the Rotary effort of distribution of stationery items to them and later explained students  about the need of taking care of the plants in order to bear the fruit at near future. The cost of Rs 10,500  for the items were shared by Rs 4,000 by Ann’s fund, Rs 5,500 by Rtn Surendra Gopal Shrestha & Ann Nirmala Shrestha, Rs 500 by Rtn Manjari Tamrakar and Rs 500 by Ann President Purna Laxmi Shrestha

Likewise, Anns group in-associated with Rotarian planted  22 Avocado and Lemon seedlings. Individual School students were motivated to plant their respective plants and facilitated the plantation process in order to acquire the learning of effective plantation process. Rtn Dr Rabindra Roy, President Rtn Gautam Shrestha, Rtn Jeetendra Nakarmi, Rtn Surendra Gopal Shrestha individually helped the students during plantation and directed them in a proper manner, explaining the pros and cons  of their immediate actions and outcomes. Rtn Jeetendra Nakarmi, further promised to avail Rs 500 each to 4 students ( Total Amount of Rs 2000) to those students who will take care and Water the plants continuously. Further he again announced the reward of Rs 1,000 to the student who will secure First  in handwriting competition going to be held next month.

After the commencement of function President Rtn Gautam Shrestha volunteered to finance Rs 2,000 for the tiffin for all participants along with school Teachers.
