It was truly inspiring to reflect on the project’s journey and the meaningful impact we have created for schools, teachers, and children.
Project Achievements
✅ 30 schools supported
✅ 144 teachers trained
✅ 197 head teachers and SMC representatives oriented
✅ 7,996 student learning assessments conducted
And the Results Speak for Themselves!
Through baseline and endline assessments, we witnessed remarkable improvements in foundational learning:
📚 Nepali (Story Level): 50% → 77%
📖 English (Story Level): 29% → 62%
➗ Mathematics (Division Level): 7% → 49%
These numbers represent far more than percentages. They reflect children learning more effectively, teachers becoming more empowered, and schools growing stronger.
By investing in teachers and strengthening the learning environment, we are creating sustainable change that will continue to benefit children long after the project concludes.
