Stationery to Students of Shanti Basic School, Bandipur
On 5th June 2026 Rotary Club of Yala and Anns group jointly distributed copies, pens, and stationery items to 35 students of Shanti Basic School, Parche, Bandipur. The distribution was carried out by Club’s President Nominee Rtn Prem Kumar Shrestha and Rtn Anju Shrestha. In addition, various educational materials and sports equipment were also handed over to the school to aid in the students’ educational and physical development.
On the occasion, Ward Chairperson of Bandipur Rural Municipality–Ward No. 2, Mr. Tilak (Sushil) Kunwar, Principal Mr. Dipak K.C., teachers, and parents were also notably present.
Similarly, with the support of the Rotary Club of Yala and the Anns group, exercise copies featuring 4 Way Test and pencils were distributed to 22 students of Deurali Basic School, Battar, Ward No. 2 to support their educational needs and encourage their learning.
During the program, Rtn. Shrestha mentioned that RC Yala would continue to extend such support in the future for the educational development of schools. He urged the SMC Chairperson and teachers to provide quality education and raise the level of academic activities.
The total cost of the distribution initiatives was Rs. 34,100, which was generously contributed by the Club and its Rotarian and Anns members.
