Meal Distribution Program
On 11th April 2026, the Rotary Club of Yala, in collaboration with the Anns Group, organized a meal distribution program for the children at The Orphans Homes, Shova Nagar, Lalitpur.
Established in 1998, The Orphan Home began its journey with just seven underprivileged children and has since been dedicated to the protection, care, and overall development of poor, helpless, vulnerable and orphaned children.
The institution provides not only shelter and daily care but also ensures access to medical treatment and education from primary to higher levels.
Currently, 39 children are residing there, many of whom come from remote districts such as Darchula, Kalikot, Rukum, Rolpa, and other parts of Nepal.
This meaningful initiative reflects the continued commitment of the Club towards community service and uplifting the lives of those in need.
